Terms of service

These terms govern your use of rendervideo.ai and the video production services we deliver through it. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who operates the service
rendervideo.ai is operated by Walabi. Any reference to “we” or “us” in these terms means Walabi. You can reach us anytime at hola@walabi.ai.
What the service is
We produce videos with AI from the renders and material you provide: cinematic films, amenity clips and social reels for real estate developments. The service turns your existing visual material into finished video, ready to publish.
Orders and delivery
Delivery is 48 hours, counted from the moment your order is confirmed and we have received the material. If the material is incomplete or unusable, we tell you before production starts and the delivery window begins once it is resolved.
Revisions and refund
You review every video before signing off. If it does not convince you, you get one revision at no cost. If the revised version still does not convince you, we refund the full amount of that order.
Rights and license
Once an order is complete, you receive full commercial rights over the final videos. You can use them on your website, in your sales room, in ads, with brokers and on portals, without time limits. Your renders and source material remain yours at all times.
Your material
By sending renders, plans, photos or brand assets, you declare that you hold the rights to use them and to authorize us to produce video from them. You are responsible for the material you provide; we use it only to produce your order.
Payments
Orders are confirmed by email. Payment terms and method are coordinated with you before production begins, and no video enters production until the order is confirmed on both sides.
Liability and contact
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, with jurisdiction in Cancun, Quintana Roo. Questions about these terms: hola@walabi.ai.
